  • How is Product return procedure?

    You can return by filling in the turn in slip on the invoice and the shipping it through our contracted courier company with the box and the invoice you have received (with all accessories, if any). To refund for free, please share the Mizalle agreement code with the courier company.

    After the products you returned are delivered to us you will be informed about it. The refund transaction is conducted within 14 days starting from the arrival of the products to our company.
    You can return the product you have bought (except for the underwear and personal care products) within 14 days starting from the date it is delivered to you in its original packing provided that the hygiene label is not taken off and it is not worn.

  • I want to return a product. Shall I pay for the courier?

    You can return the products through the contracted courier company in domestic transactions.

  • To which address should I return the product?

  • Can I return the gift product that is delivered together with my order?

    It may depend on the return transactions of our gift products, return transactions and campaign terms. You can get detailed information through reaching out Customer Services or sending an e-mail to bilgi@mizalle.com.

  • How can I follow the process after I conducted the return?

    You will be informed via SMS and e-mail during the return process.

  • When is the pay-back reflected on my credit card?

    Return will be eventuated within 14 days. This is a process about your bank and is independent of Mizalle.com.

  • Pay-back is done in installments. What can I do?

    In case you made your payment in installments, the product price will be paid back to your credit card every month being divided into the number of your installments. This procedure is determined by your bank, not by mizalle.com.

  • I cannot see the pay-back in my account? What should I do?

    You can get into contact with your bank with the reference number in the SMS shared with you in your return process. If you are having a problem with the return process; you can receive detailed information sending an e-mail to bilgi@mizalle.com.

  • How long can I keep the products in my cart?

    You can keep the products in your cart until they are sold out. When the product in your cart is sold out it is automatically removed from your cart.

  • I made the payment at the door. When will the pay-back be reflected on my account?

    After your bank information is received completely and accurately, your money will be paid within 14 days.

  • Can I change the products I bought?

    We do not provide with product change service. However, you can return a product within 14 days in accordance with RETURN PROCEDURE without paying for courier and in this process, you can generate a new order and buy the product you want.

  • Which products can I return?

    You can return the product you have bought (except for the underwear and personal care products) within 14 days starting from the date it is delivered to you in its original packing provided that the hygiene label is not taken off and it is not worn.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    In order to cancel your order, you can call our Customer Services representative.

  • I canceled my order. Will I be able to get the courier fee back?

    If your order is not given to the courier, the courier fee is paid back together with the amount you paid for the product. If you have not paid a courier fee when placing your order, there will not be such repayment.

  • Can I place an order for the product I canceled before?

    If the products you want to order are available in our stocks you can place an order again.

  • What happens to my discount voucher in case I cancel o return my order?

    For the false or wrong product shipments caused by our company, a discount voucher is defined for your new order. If there is no defect on your product or in case you are using your legal right of withdrawal, then a discount voucher is not defined again.
