  • How Is The Product Return Procedure?

    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please fill in the “return form” on the front of the invoice and send it back to us free of charge by our contracted courier company along with the agreement code within 14 days.

  • Can I Change The Products I Bought?

    We do not provide product changing service. However, you can return a product within 14 days in accordance with RETURN PROCEDURE without paying for courier and in this process, you can generate a new order and buy the product you want.

  • I Canceled My Order. Will I Be Able To Get The Courier Fee Back?

    If your order is not given to the courier, the courier fee is paid back together with the amount you paid for the product. If you have not paid a courier fee when placing your order, there will not be such repayment.

    If the products you want to order are available in our stocks you can place an order again.

  • I Made The Payment At The Door. When Will The Pay-Back Be Reflected On My Account?

  • What Happens To My Discount Voucher If Cancel or Return My Order?

    For the false or wrong product shipments caused by our company, a discount voucher is defined for your new order. If there is no defect in your product or in case you are using your legal right of withdrawal, then a discount voucher is not defined again.
